12 tons of grain, which were purchased through state interventions, were damaged by a granary weevil, subsequently improper storage in warehouses. 
Grain procured by United Grain Company from farmers from rural areas. Wheat and barley were transferred for storage to Bakhtinsky Bread LLC, which will now be administratively liable under Article 14.43 of the Administrative Code of the RF. Grain is already considered unfit for human consumption.
