In Buryatia, the production of toffee at the classic recipe is resumed.

In Ulan-Ude, toffee was presented for a classic Buryat recipe called: "Dessert for Burkhan". The first to try this novelty were farmers and restaurant owners.

According to the authors of the project, the main idea of ​​the presentation was to remind about the authentic delicacy, about which residents of the people forget, and also to teach the hostesses of Buryatia to prepare them by themselves. Recently, a workshop was held for farmers and restaurant owners, at which participants learned to cook 8 Buryat sweets.

According to the authors, ethno-toffee from Buryatia will soon be able to export, so that they can be tasted by residents of other countries.
