Lightly-salted cucumbers are prepared in a variety of ways and serve as a tasty snack on summer feasts. Interestingly, salted cucumber cultures are in some way even more beneficial than fresh, but at the same time, more harmful, so eating cooked vegetables for food is possible only by examining their composition, nutritional value and potential harm.

The advantage of low-salted cucumbers is their short term salting: according to some recipes, of which there is now an unthinkable set, the pimply vegetables are ready for use in just a couple of hours. As a rule, additional products are added to the brine to improve the taste: cloves, bay leaf, dill, salt, dry mustard, horseradish, garlic, cherry leaves and sometimes even sugar.

The fruits salted in this way will be ready in just a couple of hours. For salting you will need:

  • A small can of no more than 0.5 liters;
  • 2-3 cucumbers;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • a couple of dill sprigs, horseradish leaves, parsley.
To begin with, cucumbers are cut into slices, garlic is peeled and cut into 2-3 slices, each slice, and fresh, washed greens are finely chopped. The processed ingredients are put in a jar and sprinkled with salt as the container is filled (there should be as much salt as you yourself would eat with a fresh cucumber). Filled jar must be well trotted and put in a warmed place for 2-3 hours.

Recipe 2. Dry ambassador of cucumbers "Batch".

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. l salts;
  • 1 garlic head;
  • Branch of dill;
  • 5 cherry leaves;
  • Horseradish root;
  • 4 buds cloves;
  • 3 sweet peas allspice or a piece of bitter chili;
  • 1 plastic bag.

The washed cucumbers cut off the ends, the garlic is cut into 2-4 slices. The fruits are folded into prepared packets with the rest of the ingredients, the container is tied, thoroughly shaken and left in a warm room at room temperature for 5-6 hours. After this time, the bag is moved to the refrigerator.
