Sometimes it is subject to cracking, as well as Anthony the Great and Amethyst Novocherkassky, partly due to the large size of the berries.
Grapes "Monte Cristo" and the juice from it very rarely causes allergic reactions. Like many other types of grapes, it is recommended for various diets.
The juice of well-ripened grapes does not require the addition of sugar. If you prepare the juice from immature grapes, its properties will be very close to lemon.
It can be used in cooking for making salads, sauces, meat and fish dishes instead of lemon juice.
The grapes of this variety are also used to prepare fragrant compotes with minimal sugar. Galahad, Vostorg and Asya can also be referred to “compote” varieties.

Diseases and peculiarities of care
This grape variety showed good stability to the most common diseases: mildew and oidium.
Variety is not subject to peaAll berries reach large sizes and ripen well. Aleshenkin Dar, Marcelo and Ayut Pavlovsky are not a good pot.
In some climatic and weather conditions there is cracking fruits on the bush.
Many grapes with large berries have a predisposition to this, and the probability of cracking increases in rainy and wet weather.
The phenomenon of cracking is dangerous because an infection or fungus quickly gets into the “open wounds”. Even if one berry began to rot, with a dense arrangement in the bunch from her neighboring.

- remove the uppermost roots as the most strongly absorbing moisture;
- before the start of the rains, the soil under the bushes is covered with a waterproof film;
- after the rain, carefully loosen the soil under the bushes for better aeration;
- There are also a number of recommendations on the diet of grapes: for example, limit the use of nitrogen fertilizers.
Agat Donskoy and Favor are also susceptible to cracking berries.
Tasty and fragrant, the "Graf Monte Cristo" grape is not yet a widespread and popular variety, but it has a great future.
