Echo is a company in Nizhny Novgorod that specializes in the production of pickles: sauerkraut, various pickled and canned vegetables. Echo sells its products under the Kapustko, Pan Kochan, and Beloruchka brands, is an active exporter of pickles to Canada and Australia, and is in talks to start shipping products to Germany and Europe.
