- sugar - 2 kg.

- Using a blender, grind the sweet mass until smooth.

- raspberry - 1 kg;

- water - 100 ml;
- citric acid - 2 g
Cooking in stages:

- Strain the mixture into a clean container through a sieve or gauze, folded in several layers.
- We transfer the prepared raw material to the skillet, add water and set it on fire.

- In the resulting juice with pulp add sugar and set on fire, stir, boil after boiling for 15-30 minutes, removing the foam.
- To check the readiness of the product, drip on a cold plate with a spoon literally one drop. Draw a line along its center with a knife edge, if the edges are not closed, it is ready.
- In a saucepan with jam, add citric acid, diluted in a spoonful of water. Stir the mass and bring to a boil.
- Hot jam is poured over sterile jars and rolled up with lids.
